L-Arginine Complex - Time Release
L-Arginine is a free form amino acid with various functions in the body. L-Arginine is known as a precursor of nitric oxide (NO) in the body. Nitrogen has vasodilatory properties. Arginine is a semi-essential amino acid. That is to say, in certain circumstances, sufficient quantities may not be produced by the body.
Sustained plus Immediate Release
Sustained plus Immediate Release L-arginine contains the composite essential amino acid in a two-layer tablet. These tablets deliver a 500mg immediate release and a 500mg delayed release.
This special formula of L-arginine directly results in increased blood levels but also for a longer duration. Most of available L-arginine products are quickly absorbed in the body and are subsequently metabolized very efficiently, resulting in a mere short-term peak of L-arginine.
Sustained plus Immediate Release L-Arginine tablets are specially formulated to achieve an increase in blood levels directly and to sustain these levels by a slow constant release of up to 8 hours!
- Nitrogen oxide precursor (NO)
- Essential amino acid
- Steady release for sustained activity
