Detox: detoxify the body

Every day your body gets to deal with harmful substances from outside and in normal circumstances, the body is well able to excrete unwanted substances. In certain circumstances or personal situations, the extra support of these natural processes may be desirable. There are several ways in which this can be done. Balance your body by choosing, for example, a natural diet, sufficient exercise or regular visits to a sauna.

It is also possible to focus on specific organs such as your liver. Commonly used supplements for detox are herbs such as Turmeric (also known as Curcuma or Turmeric), Mariadistel and Schisandra. Fiber and natural vitamins and minerals also play a role. Try to get these out of your diet as much as possible and if necessary, top up with high-quality supplements!
