Exchange & Return

At Ergomax it is possible to return an order within 14 days. In this period you can order - or part thereof - if possible return in the original package. Already opened or used items can unfortunately not be returned.

Make sure that you (a copy of) the original packing slip enclose. Any comments you can write on the delivery note.

You will receive the full purchase price, including shipping for the return shipment, as soon as possible and within 14 days. This 14 day period begins when you send the items back, or indicate that you wish to return.

You can use the European model withdrawal form for any returns.
Already opened or used items can unfortunately not be returned.

On all our products is the statutory warranty. As the law defines: All products within our range do what you can reasonably expect from.

Would you like to exchange a product for another product. Make sure you always contact our customer service at or + 3124-6635366, so you know that this product is in stock. To make the process as carefully and quickly as possible to run smoothly, it is important that you provide the return of (a copy of) the original packing slip. As soon as the product is returned to us, we will exchange the item sent to you.
Damaged product
In Ergomax we always do our utmost effort to pack each product as carefully as possible. Unfortunately, it still happens in some cases that a product is damaged. In this case, always contact our customer service.
I have a complaint, where can I go?
Our goal is that you are happy with anything you buy from Ergomax. However, if an article is unfortunately not meet your expectations, or if there is something wrong with the delivery or have a complaint? Please contact us immediately. We will help you and will certainly always be waiting for you to solve the problem as soon as possible!
