1. Standard return policy (14 days cooling-off period)

Would you like to exchange or return your order according to the legal cooling-off period? This is possible within 14 days after receiving your order. Send the (unopened) items, if possible in the original packaging, back to the return address below. The return costs are for your own account.

Do you want to exchange an unopened product for another product within 14 days? That is possible. In that case, first contact our customer service via info@ergomax.nl so that you know for sure that your product is in stock as desired. To make the exchange process as careful and fast as possible, it is important that you provide the return shipment with (a copy of) the original packing slip. Write on this packing slip which product you want to exchange for which product. As soon as your product has been returned, we will send the article to be exchanged to you.

2. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee Plus (up to 90 days after purchase)

Are you not satisfied with a product, even though you have used or tried it? No problem, you do not have to return anything.

This is how it works:

  • You try the product for at least 2 weeks,

  • Within 90 days of purchase, please complete our short feedback form,

  • You will receive the full purchase amount back within 24 hours,

  • Plus: €15 extra shopping credit for your next order.

Conditions:

  • Valid for all products, including those from brands that do not offer a guarantee themselves,

  • Exceptions: food, clothing, personal care, digital products and fitness equipment,

  • Can be used only once per product per customer.

Returns Policy

  • Only unused and unopened items can be returned via standard policy,

  • Preferably use the original shipping box,

  • Returns without notification or collected packages may incur shipping costs,

  • The cooling-off period starts on the day after you receive your order.
