Various forms of curcuminoids

Different forms of curcumin are collectively known as curcuminoids. Curcumin supplements often use different names. Technically, turmeric is the yellow powder used in the kitchen to flavor dishes and curcumin is the natural concentrated substance that forms the basis of dietary supplements.
