A multivitamin with minerals, including 15 mg iron per daily dose, vitamin D3, B vitamins and vitamin C. MegaFood combines the vitamins with foods such as carrot, orange and brown rice. You can find the full composition under ingredients.

Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin and to the reduction of tiredness. Women of childbearing age need more iron than men.

Two tablets a day, at any time of day, even on an empty stomach. A jar of 120 tablets lasts two months. The product is vegetarian.

Watch out for nutrients you would then take twice, such as iron, vitamin A, vitamin D and zinc. If you take medication or are pregnant, consult your doctor first.
