Trace Minerals Complex by Seeking Health is a complete trace element complex in one capsule a day. It contains iodine, zinc, selenium, copper, manganese, chromium, molybdenum, potassium, boron and vanadium, largely in well-absorbed chelated Albion® forms, complemented by horsetail as a natural source of silicon. Trace elements are cofactors for countless enzymes and contribute to thyroid function (iodine, selenium), the immune system (zinc, selenium, copper) and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
