Trace Minerals Complex II by Seeking Health is the copper-free version: nine trace elements in one capsule per day, including iodine, zinc, selenium, manganese, chromium and molybdenum, largely as Albion® chelates. Vegan.

Metal from Cyprus

Copper, the element missing from this version, owes its Latin name cuprum to Cyprus. The Romans obtained a large part of their copper there and called it aes Cyprium, metal of Cyprus. This gave rise to the symbol Cu.

Made in the United States

Seeking Health has Trace Minerals Complex II made in the United States according to GMP. Zinc, selenium, manganese, chromium and molybdenum are Albion® chelates, iodine is included as potassium iodide. The capsule is plant-based and the product is vegan.

Facts about this product

One capsule per day with a meal. Compared with Complex I, copper is missing and molybdenum is lower, at 150 µg. Zinc is included at 30 mg, above the EFSA upper limit of 25 mg; so do not combine it with other zinc.

The same trace elements, just without copper.
Selected by Ergomax

Iodine, zinc, selenium, manganese, chromium and molybdenum in one capsule, for those who already get enough copper.

With 30 mg of zinc, the dose is above the EFSA upper limit of 25 mg. Do not combine it with other supplements containing zinc and, if you have a thyroid condition, consult your doctor first because of the iodine.
