Pyrroloquinoline Quinone (PQQ) is a coenzyme, an organic nutrient, which occurs naturally in the human body. PQQ, also known as methoxatin, is a compound related to B vitamins. It is found, among other places, in breast milk, and to a lesser extent in fermented products, spinach, parsley and green tea.
