Instructions for use:

Take 1 tablet twice daily between meals or as recommended by a physician. Do not chew or crush the tablets. Note: Persons taking antidepressants should consult their prescribing physician before using this product. Persons diagnosed with bipolar disorder or manic depression should not use SAM-e. May cause gastrointestinal symptoms in a small percentage of people.
