Serrapeptase is a proteolytic, or protein-splitting, enzyme derived from the Serratia bacteria strain E-15. Serrapeptase is also known as serratiopeptidase, serrapeptidase or Serratia E-15 protease. This variant of Doctor's Best Serrapeptase contains 40,000 SPU.
