Healthy through cod liver oil capsules

My husband and I, as seniors (79 and 70), try to live as healthily as possible. We know that supplementing with certain vitamins and omega fatty acids is advisable.
Taking Rosita softgels daily has become a habit for us. And we assume that's partly why we live so vitally and healthily.

Ectra Virgin Cod Liver Oil - softgels, the cream of the cod!

Another excellent product. The softgels are easy to take, taste neutral, and are made from the livers of sustainably caught wild cod. I also vote for Rosita!

Far more practical than the bottled oil.

Every winter I use Cod Liver Oil to prop up my immune system and counter the loss of sunlight and the consequential drop in vitamin D levels.

Softgels are to me the most practical means of consumption, as I can carry this with me and just pop a gel at meals away from home.

Tasty?!

My daughter, who's over a year and a half old, chews on these like they're the most delicious candy. As soon as I get near the kitchen cupboard where they're kept, she starts squealing with delight. I suspect not everyone will be as ecstatic about the taste as she is (I certainly won't), but it tastes better than fermented cod liver oil. After all the debate about which form is better (especially in the fight against tooth decay), my daughter votes for Rosita!
