NR: A powerful NAD⁺ precursor

Nicotinamide riboside (NR) is a relatively recently discovered form of vitamin B₃, first identified as a vitamin in 2004. Although naturally occurring in very small amounts in foods like milk, it was later discovered that NR plays a significant role in cellular metabolism. The body converts NR to nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD⁺), a coenzyme involved in numerous biochemical processes.

Unlike other forms of vitamin B₃, such as niacin or nicotinamide, NR is considered a more efficient and better-tolerated route to supporting NAD⁺ levels. Use and content

Each package of SteNR contains 120 capsules. The recommended daily dose is 3 to 6 capsules, spread throughout the day, preferably after meals, with plenty of water.
