The discovery of ATP

ATP was discovered in 1929 by the German biochemist Karl Lohmann. Twelve years later, Fritz Lipmann described how cells use ATP to store and pass on energy, and he called it the energy currency of the cell. Lipmann received the Nobel Prize for this in 1953.

Seeking Health has Energy Nutrients made in the United States according to GMP. The ATP is PEAK ATP®, the glutathione is Emothion®, a form with an acetyl group that keeps the molecule stable. The lozenge is sweetened with xylitol and monk fruit.

Let ½ to 1 lozenge per day dissolve slowly in your mouth, on waking or before or during exercise. Take it on an empty stomach, at least an hour before or after a meal, and not within 5 hours of bedtime.

No allergens are listed on the label. The tablet contains no sugar but xylitol, a sweetener that can have a laxative effect if consumed in excess, and monk fruit. Xylitol is toxic to dogs.
