Together with oxygen, hydrogen was crucial in the evolution of life on earth (in both prokaryotes and eukaryotes). Just as nuclear fusion in the sun requires hydrogen, the mitochondria in our cells need hydrogen to produce ATP.

Hydrogen-rich water is similar to carbonated water, except it contains hydrogen (H2) instead of carbon dioxide (CO2). If you create and drink hydrogen-rich water using this product, you also take in 80 mg of pure elemental ionic magnesium.
How Much H2 Water Should I Consume Daily?
From our own experiences we can say that:
- 1-2 tablets per day is the minimum
- 4 tablets per day is considered ideal
- 5-6 tablets per day is the maximum
After 30 days, the dosage can possibly be reduced to 2 tablets, especially if you opt for a higher starting dose.
How do I use molecular hydrogen?
Add one tablet to a 350-500 ml glass of water. Wait for the tablet to dissolve. If necessary, shake the glass gently so that the last pieces also dissolve. Gently stirring is also an option. Consume the water while the molecular hydrogen cloud is still visible, the faster the better; at least drink the whole glass within a minute.
We do not recommend dissolving the tablets in (closed) bottles of water because of the gas formation and pressure increase. Adding lemon juice or apple juice speeds up the reaction and results in higher concentrations of hydrogen. After dissolving a tablet, a cloud of hydrogen gas is visible in the glass. Because acids are required for the reaction, the water tastes slightly sour.
In a mere 2 minutes you have 'pulsed' your body with a considerable dose of molecular hydrogen gas of which you reap the benefits during the following day or even week.
