The importance of vitamin C
Vitamin C is one of the most important vitamins for our body and plays a beneficial role in almost all diseases. Vitamin C, or ascorbic acid, activates the immune system, replenishes antioxidants in the body and accelerates recovery after illness. Recommended amount of vitamin C
The recommended daily intake of vitamin C for healthy adults is 75 mg. That's a minimal amount.
